About The Position
Emergency Veterinary Care Centers (EVCC) is seeking an experienced Traveling Emergency Veterinarian to join their team. This unique full-time role involves providing compassionate and accessible emergency care to pets across multiple locations in Northern Indiana and southwest Michigan. The schedule will be planned in advance, offering the benefits of full-time employment while serving diverse communities. The position also includes mentoring responsibilities.
Requirements
- Experience as a traveling veterinarian OR a minimum of 2 years of ER experience.
- Confidence in performing common emergency surgeries.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate and accessible emergency care to pets.
- Travel across all EVCC locations in Northern Indiana and southwest Michigan.
- Mentor other veterinary professionals.
- Perform common emergency surgeries.
