About The Position
HSG is hiring dependable Dishwashers to support a busy hotel kitchen in Chicago. This is a Task Force opportunity where you will travel to Chicago and earn $24/hour. You will be responsible for washing dishes, cookware, utensils, and equipment, operating commercial dish machines, maintaining a clean and organized dish area, removing trash, restocking clean kitchen supplies, supporting kitchen cleaning and sanitation, and helping the culinary team as needed.
Requirements
- Reliable and hardworking
- Comfortable working in a high-volume kitchen
- Able to stand and perform physical work throughout the shift
- Flexible and comfortable traveling for an assignment
Nice To Haves
- Hotel or commercial kitchen experience preferred
