About The Position
Right at Home Central Michigan is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) to join our team of caregivers. As a HHA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and assistance to seniors and adults with disabilities in the comfort of their own homes.
Requirements
- Certification as a Home Health Aide from a state-approved training program
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Ability to pass a background check and meet other local requirements
Responsibilities
- Assisting clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Providing companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assisting with light housekeeping and laundry
- Preparing meals and snacks
- Monitoring clients' vital signs and reporting any changes to our clinical team
- Maintaining a safe and clean environment for clients
