Locations: Novi, Northville, Milford, West Bloomfield, and Farmington Hills. Competitive pay from $15 to $18 per hour, possible raises after 30, 60, and 90 days. Earn your HHA Certificate in just 90 days and receive a pay raise!
Requirements
- 1+ year of caregiving experience (private or facility-based).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift or transfer up to 50 lbs.
- Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Nice To Haves
- Hospice experience, incontinence experience and hoyer lift experience prefered.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADL's) like bathing, dressing, toileting and grooming.
- Provide companionship and emotional support, engaging in meaningful conversations and activities.
- Support clients with mobility, medication reminders, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
- Create a positive, safe, and nurturing environment that promotes independence and quality of life.
