About The Position
Comprehensive Mobile Care (CMC) is seeking a part-time traveling dentist to provide dental care in a structured, outpatient clinic-based environment in Central Michigan, serving senior populations. The dentist will work as an extension of the clinical team in coordinated, community-focused settings at partner clinics in Mt. Pleasant, Bay City, and Flint. The role offers a consistent schedule without the overhead or administrative burden of running a private practice. Clinic staff are on site full time, with organized scheduling, patient flow, and coordinated team-based care. CMC manages equipment, supplies, scheduling, and billing logistics so the dentist can focus on delivering dental care. The position is scheduled for five weekdays per month, typically from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM. There are no nights, weekends, billing duties, or administrative responsibilities. Compensation is $800 per visit, and the position is an independent contractor (1099) role.
Requirements
- DDS or DMD from an accredited program.
- Active Michigan dental license.
- Strong clinical judgment and chairside manner.
- Comfort practicing in outpatient clinic environments.
