About The Position

Aria Care Partners is seeking a Traveling Dental Assistant to provide onsite dental care to residents in long-term care and skilled nursing facilities. This role involves assisting dentists with treatments, coordinating with facility staff, managing equipment and supplies, and ensuring patient needs are met. The position requires travel within a 2-3 hour radius of the employee's home market, with mileage reimbursement and paid time for travel exceeding normal commute. Requirements

• 3-5 years of clinical experience as a Chairside Dental Assistant required.
• Valid Driver's License with no moving violations in the last 5 years.
• Willingness to travel within a 3-hour radius.
• Must have own reliable transportation.
• X-ray certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide treatment to patients in Long-Term Care Facilities.
• Assist the DDS with treatment.
• Work with Clinical schedulers and nursing staff to ensure facilities' needs are met.
• Transport, set-up and take down equipment and supplies in the designated workspace.
• Coordinate charts with facility contacts.
• Enter chart notes for treatment at the time of treatment.
• Maintain dental equipment through regular cleaning and maintenance.
• Inventory supplies and order as needed.
• Ship and receive denture cases from the lab on a daily basis.
