Aria Care Partners is a national leader in providing onsite dental, vision, hearing, and podiatry care to long-term care and skilled nursing facilities. Our clinicians visit different skilled nursing communities daily, bringing life-affirming care to an underserved population. This position is responsible for providing treatment to patients in the facilities served by working with the DDS, clinical coordinator, and staff at facility. Registered Dental Hygienists complete on-site hygiene services, as well as work with their clinical support managers and staff at nursing homes to ensure that the patients and facilities needs are met.
