About The Position

Comprehensive Mobile Care (CMC) is seeking a Dental Assistant to support dental care services in clinics across the Seattle Metro area, including Seattle, West Seattle, Renton, Kent, Redmond, and Everett. This role functions as an extension of the clinical team within a coordinated, community-focused setting serving senior populations. This opportunity operates within a community-based outpatient clinic model. Clinic staff are on-site full time. Organized scheduling and patient flow. Coordinated, team-based care environment. Value-based model focused on seniors. CMC manages equipment, supplies, scheduling, billing, and logistics, allowing the care team to focus entirely on delivering high-quality patient care. This is not a high-volume corporate dental environment. Our dental assistants work within established clinic environments supporting care for seniors as part of a coordinated healthcare team. We emphasize quality over volume, consistency and predictable scheduling, administrative and logistical support, long-term clinic partnerships, and ethical, mission-driven healthcare delivery.

Requirements

• Dental Assistant experience required
• Registered Dental Assistant
• Active Radiation Certificate
• Reliable transportation to travel between clinic locations within the Seattle Metro area and Valid Driver's License
• Able to lift/transport equipment (25-50 lbs)
• Professional, punctual, and able to work independently
• A heart for serving senior and underserved communities

• 2+ years experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist the Dentist during exams and procedures
• Set up, break down, and maintain portable dental equipment
• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments
• Support patient intake and documentation
• Maintain infection control and sterilization standards
• Collaborate with clinic staff as part of an integrated care team
• Ensure patients feel comfortable, supported and administrative tasks
• Represent CMC with professionalism, compassion, and reliability
