About The Position
The Concrete Laborer supports the construction team by performing a variety of tasks and physical labor. The position is suited to someone willing to learn and work under the guidance of different trades. Work takes place outdoors in various weather conditions.
Requirements
- Willingness to learn and receive guidance from others.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Able to work weekends if needed.
- OSHA Certification or willingness to obtain one.
- Able to lift at least 50 lbs.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in the construction field.
Responsibilities
- Assist with preparing and setting up concrete forms.
- Transport necessary materials to different work areas.
- Load and unload materials from trucks.
- Help prepare work sites daily.
- Assist other field personnel with various tasks.
