About The Position
The Concrete Laborer supports the construction team by performing a variety of tasks and physical labor. The role involves learning and working under the guidance of different trades and field personnel. Work is performed outside in various weather conditions, and the position requires the ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
Requirements
- Willingness to learn and receive guidance from others.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Able to work weekends if needed.
- OSHA Certification or willingness to obtain one.
- Able to lift at least 50 pounds.
- Previous construction-field experience is preferred.

Responsibilities
- Assist with preparing and setting up concrete forms.
- Transport necessary materials to different work areas.
- Load and unload materials from trucks.
- Help prepare work sites daily.
