About The Position

We are seeking a Traveling Skilled Laborer to join the Patching and Concrete Crew and support the day-to-day operations of construction projects. The role involves traveling across the country, from East to West and South to North, and performing general construction tasks. The position requires physical work, including lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds and working in all weather conditions.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience with concrete and patching work.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds and working in all weather conditions.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Ability to follow directions and work independently or as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in construction or a related industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Travel across the country, from East to West and South to North.
• Assist with general construction tasks, including loading and unloading materials, digging trenches, and operating hand and power tools.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment.
• Collaborate with site supervisors and other construction staff to support project success.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in construction practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
