Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 1-4 years commercial HVAC, mechanical, or construction experience required
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in tight or elevated spaces
• Willingness and availability to travel regularly
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to meet-up locations
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn
• Dependable and team-oriented

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation of commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems
• Support wiring, piping, and energy management system (EMS) installs
• Work on rooftops and mechanical rooms at commercial job sites
• Carry tools and materials and help maintain organized, safe job sites
• Follow all company safety protocols
• Learn directly from experienced HVAC technicians on large-scale projects
