About The Position

Enchanted Fairies creates fine art portrait experiences for children. This role involves extensive travel to support new studio launches and ensure existing locations operate at their best. While photography training is provided, the core requirement is the ability to connect with children and families, making them feel comfortable and creating memorable experiences. This is a full-time position with a Wednesday through Sunday schedule, requiring weekend availability and significant flexibility due to regular travel.

You’ve worked in hospitality, retail, entertainment, fitness, or another high-touch, guest-facing role
You can walk into a city where you know nobody and feel at home by day two
You’re a natural coach who knows how to train, guide, and build confidence in others
You stay calm under pressure and know how to adapt quickly

Responsibilities

Travel to studios across the country to support new openings and existing locations
Learn and deliver our portrait photography process
Coach and develop local studio teams on guest experience standards
Work closely with our Operations and Experience Concierge teams
Set the tone for the team and for every family who walks through the door
