About The Position

RentVision is seeking a talented and high-energy Seasonal Media Producer to join their Traveling Media Team in 2026. This role involves capturing impactful marketing photo and video content for apartment community websites and campaigns. As a "boots on the ground" producer, you will travel 20-30 hours per week, generally within a 200-mile radius of Seattle, to produce exceptional photographs and walkthrough video tours of unique apartment communities and floor plans. The position requires remarkable interactions with on-site staff and residents. Training will last two weeks, including one in-person week with the Media Team in Lincoln, NE. The seasonal experience will run for five to seven months. RentVision, founded in 2009, is a multi-family marketing company that develops software platforms, builds websites, offers strategic advising, and delivers media solutions. Some experience shooting photography and videography content professionally (ex. weddings, commercials, corporate events, etc.).
Strong working knowledge of professional mirrorless cameras (Canon preferred).
Be an integral part of our creative team, requiring a range of talents to deliver our final product with high quality and timeliness.
Adapt to change, be excited by new challenges, and be strong decision-makers while on the road.
Produce and return large quantities of impactful visual content in a timely manner that are continually adherent to our brand standards.
Be prepared for regular travel, typically Tuesdays through Thursdays within a 200-mile radius.
Valid driver’s license and vehicle transportation to travel to client shoots.
Ability to move up to 60 lbs. of equipment.
Ability to work and move for several hours at a time.
Ability to occasionally work outdoors in the heat.
Physical stamina.
Top-notch customer service skills, including being on time, communicating well, and having a pleasant demeanor.
Somewhat tech savvy and able to learn quickly (e.g., using Zoom, Dropbox, Slack, and G-Suite).

Interest in fulfilling occasional travel to different cities or states, including airline travel and overnight hotel stays.

Responsibilities

Capture photo and video according to RentVision’s spec to showcase communities to prospective residents in marketing.
Travel to client properties in and around your metro, generally within 200 miles, to capture photos and videos during the shoot timeframe.
Manage your planned shoots, where they are, and what needs capturing (RentVision will manage the shoots, but staying on top of them is mandatory).
Manage media, taking diligent notes and being meticulous with the prescribed media management process.
Interact with apartment community staff on a weekly basis, maintaining professionalism, great communication, and a pleasant demeanor.
Stay in close contact with your direct manager and travel coordinator.
Be plugged into feedback and training from the editing and media production team.
