About The Position

This role involves performing general construction labor tasks efficiently and safely as part of a crew to erect precast concrete panels. The Traveling Caulker will take direction from the erection crew foreperson or bricklayer and may perform miscellaneous tasks as directed. The position requires efficient use of materials and supplies, responsible handling of equipment, and adherence to established safety procedures and policies.

Requirements

• Welding experience
• Ability to carry out simple and complex verbal instructions
• Ability to work well with others and maintain professional conduct at all times
• Ability to work from ladders and aerial work platforms above 20 ft
• Ability to obtain membership to local Laborers union
• General knowledge of construction practices
• Valid driver’s license and reliable means of transportation

Nice To Haves

• 2+ years of construction or manual labor experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Welding certification
