About The Position

A Quality Facility Services (AQFS) is hiring a Travel Supervisor to support operations across multiple facilities throughout Ohio and Pennsylvania. This role is for a motivated leader who enjoys helping teams succeed, solving problems, staying active, and traveling to different job sites. AQFS focuses on building careers by investing in people through training, leadership development, recognition programs, and advancement opportunities.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation & clean driving record
• Ability to travel up to 2–3 hours from your home base
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Attention to detail and accountability
• Stable work history

Nice To Haves

• Previous supervisory experience preferred
• Janitorial/facility services experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Travel to multiple facilities to supervise operations and support teams
• Lead by example and assist with cleaning duties when needed
• Train, coach, and motivate employees
• Conduct inspections and final walkthroughs
• Resolve issues quickly and professionally
• Monitor labor hours and productivity
• Deliver supplies and ensure teams are fully prepared
• Communicate updates and expectations clearly
• Work directly with the Area Manager to improve operations and client satisfaction
• Use Salesforce to document site visits and customer interactions
