About The Position

AAA Oregon/Idaho is looking for a Travel Services Support Specialist to join our Travel Administration team at our administrative headquarters in downtown Portland! The Travel Services Support Specialist provides support, guidance, and resources to Travel Services team members to enhance operational efficiency, service quality, and member satisfaction. They will support the Travel Administration Department in coordinating and executing daily operations, priorities, and initiatives. They will also perform a variety of support functions, including quality control reviews, procedure development and maintenance, project coordination, and process improvement activities. The specialist contributes to departmental performance through accurate, timely, and effective communication while supporting travel staff and delivering exceptional member service.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to learn travel systems, supplier platforms, and document-management tools.
