About The Position

C3 Presents (owned by Live Nation Entertainment) creates live experiences for millions of fans globally. As one of the world's largest music festival producers, C3 is responsible for iconic festivals like Austin City Limits Music Festival and Lollapalooza, drawing millions of attendees annually. Headquartered in Austin, TX, the company also promotes thousands of concerts across North America. This paid internship program offers students interested in the live entertainment industry real-world exposure, hands-on experience across multiple areas of the live event business, and the opportunity to apply academic knowledge to practical situations. Interns will also strengthen their leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. This is a part-time position requiring 15-25 hours per week, with in-office availability Tuesday through Thursday in Austin. The internship runs from January 19, 2027, to May 6, 2027.

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Competency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Exercises sound judgment with professionalism and discretion
Able to commit to 15-25 hours per week, with in-office availability Tuesday through Thursday
Ability to bring a personal laptop to the office

Responsibilities

Assist with coordinating and reconciling staff travel for events and general business needs
Assist with reconciling travel-related invoices and expense reimbursements
Support travel data analysis and reporting
Assist with the setup, configuration, and auditing of staff- and attendee-facing technologies
Conduct market research as needed
Provide general administrative support to the team
