About The Position
Per Diem Staffing Systems, Inc. is recruiting an experienced Travel Registered Nurse for the Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) Department at Stanford Health Care. This is a 51-week contractor assignment in a Level I academic medical center. The role includes 12-hour shifts, three shifts per week, and required call participation. The stated gross weekly pay is $3,050.50–$3,453.00, based on a 36-hour work week; candidates with at least five years of CVOR experience may qualify for the higher rate. Travel is not required.
Requirements
- Current California RN license.
- Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA).
- Current ACLS certification through the AHA.
- At least three recent years of CVOR experience.
- At least one completed travel nursing assignment.
- Strong proficiency with EPIC.
- Ability to independently scrub and circulate cardiac, vascular, and thoracic cases.
- Experience working in a Level I academic medical center.
- Associate degree; education verification will be conducted.
Nice To Haves
- BSN preferred.
- Previous experience in a Level I academic medical center is listed as preferred/required.
- Five or more years of CVOR experience may qualify for the higher pay rate.
