About The Position
Centurion is seeking a full-time Travel Registered Nurse to join their Centurion Eagles Travel Team at Miami Correctional Facility in Bunker Hill, IN. This role involves providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients. The RN will work under the direction of the Director of Nursing and/or Nursing Supervisor, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to address the physical, psychological, and social needs of patients. Travel RNs assigned to Indiana can earn up to $2,685/week, including a non-taxed weekly stipend. Travelers are full-time, benefit-eligible Centurion employees and will work at various facilities/locations throughout the state of Indiana, with each assignment restricted to one location.
Requirements
- Associate's degree required
- Registered Nurse (RN) license or ability to obtain one required
- Minimum of two (2) years of RN experience
- Must have open availability to travel throughout the state as needed per contract needs
- Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
- Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check
