About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a Urology specialty clinic assignment. The ideal candidate will have strong outpatient or specialty clinic experience and the ability to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced urology practice setting.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of recent Urology nursing experience required
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) License required
- AHA BLS Certification required
- AHA ACLS Certification required
Nice To Haves
- Strong outpatient or specialty clinic experience preferred
- Excellent communication, organizational, and patient care skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to patients within a urology specialty clinic
- Assist physicians with outpatient urology procedures and clinical workflows
- Perform patient assessments, education, and follow-up care coordination
- Support providers during clinic visits, procedures, and treatments
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation and records
- Coordinate patient care and communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams
- Ensure a positive patient experience in an outpatient specialty environment
- Follow infection control, safety, and clinical care standards
