About The Position
Sentara Obici Hospital in Suffolk, Virginia is hiring an experienced Travel Registered Nurse for a Medicine/Surgical Unit floor. This is a temporary full-time, 14-week assignment on the night shift. The Medical-Surgical Unit is a 21-bed unit that sees a variety of patients, offering a collaborative and supportive environment. Sentara Obici Hospital is a certified stroke center and a designated Magnet hospital.
Requirements
- Associates, Bachelors, Masters, or diploma in the Nursing Field required
- Virginia or Compact Multi-State License in good standing
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- NIH Stroke Scale
- Two or more years of current acute care hospital RN experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide care on a Medicine/Surgical Unit floor.
- Work with a variety of patients.
- Collaborate with a team in a supportive environment.
- Ensure smooth operations and quality patient care.
