About The Position
This is a travel registered nurse position in the Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) or general Operating Room (OR). The contract duration is 8 weeks with a possibility of continuous extension. The role involves a 4x10 shift schedule, meaning four 10-hour days per week. A stipend package option is available to help maximize take-home pay.
Requirements
- Active IL RN license
- BLS Certification
- ACLS Certification
- RNFA or CRNFA certification
- RN-OR with First Assist Experience or CVOR experience
- Proficiency in skills supportive of anesthesia (IV drips, Artline, etc.)
- Must adhere to a 50-mile radius rule from permanent address.
Responsibilities
- Provide care as a Registered Nurse in a CVOR/RN OR setting.
- Utilize skills supportive of anesthesia, such as IV drips and Artline insertion.
- Perform first assist duties in the operating room if qualified (RNFA or CRNFA).
