About The Position
We are seeking a Registered Nurse with experience in Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) to join our team. This role involves working the night shift, from 1830 to 0700, with a requirement for flexibility regarding weekends. The position supports overnight staffing on a 24/7 basis, and holidays and weekends are not excluded from the work schedule. This is a 3x12 hour shift position. No block scheduling is available.
Requirements
- 2+ years in cardiac, vascular, and transplant experience
- 1 year CVOR experience
- 1 year in a Level I Trauma facility
- Scrub Required
- BLS certification
- General OR skills
- Cardiovascular skills
- Thoracic skills
- Vascular skills
- Transplant skills
- Proficiency with EPIC charting system
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in a Cardiovascular Operating Room setting.
- Support overnight staffing on a 24/7 basis.
- Work 3x12 hour shifts.
- Be flexible with scheduling, including weekends and holidays.
