About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Behavioral Health Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a behavioral health and residential treatment setting. The RN will be responsible for assessing, monitoring, and treating patients while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to support positive patient outcomes.

- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and facility needs
Nice To Haves
- Previous Behavioral Health, Psychiatric, Long-Term Care, Corrections, or Residential Care experience
- Experience supervising nursing support staff
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to behavioral health patients and residents
- Administer medications, injections, and prescribed treatments
- Monitor patient conditions and document behavioral and physical status changes
- Assist in implementing individualized treatment and care plans
- Respond to behavioral crises and support patient stabilization efforts
- Collect specimens and perform nursing procedures as ordered
- Supervise and provide guidance to LPNs, Graduate Nurses, and direct care staff
- Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, social workers, and community providers
- Support discharge planning and continuity of care initiatives
- Advocate for patient safety, dignity, and well-being
