We are currently seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our team and provide psychiatric care services at our partner facilities. Requirements

• Passion for working with seniors and providing exceptional care
• State license as nurse practitioner (required)
• 3+ years of experience as a licensed nurse practitioner (required)
• Specialty as psychiatric nurse practitioner (PMHNP) or adult -gerontology nurse practitioner (AGNP) (preferred)
• DEA license
• Availability to work during normal, weekday business hours (no night or weekend on -call!)
• Ability to stand for 20 minutes
• Ability to lift 15 pounds

Nice To Haves

• Specialty as psychiatric nurse practitioner (PMHNP) or adult -gerontology nurse practitioner (AGNP)

Responsibilities

• Provide on -site psychiatric assessments and medication management to patients in skilled nursing, assisted living, and other long -term care facilities.
• Consult, educate, and coordinate care with facility staff, including nursing home administrator, director of nursing, and director of social services.
• Adhere to established regulations, policies, and procedures while exercising initiative and independent judgment.
