About The Position

Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking a Travel Pharmacist – Outpatient / Infusion for an exciting Travel job in Hood River, OR. This is a contract position for 13 weeks, and first-time travelers are welcome. The role involves dispensing and verifying outpatient infusion medications, ensuring safe and accurate medication preparation and administration support, and collaborating with healthcare teams to optimize patient care. The pharmacist will monitor patient medication therapy, maintain compliance with regulations, document activities in Epic EMR, and provide clinical pharmacy support.

Requirements

Active Oregon Pharmacist License.
Outpatient infusion pharmacy experience.
Prior outpatient or infusion pharmacy experience.
Ability to manage patient ratios up to 1:20.
Epic EMR experience.
Strong clinical decision-making and patient safety skills.
Ability to work independently in a critical access hospital setting.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Previous experience in a critical access hospital environment.
Travel pharmacy experience.

Responsibilities

Participate in interdisciplinary care planning and medication management activities.
