About The Position
Hueman is hiring Travel Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to perform in-home Health Risk Assessments (HRAs) for Medicare and Medicaid members throughout the state, with potential to cover neighboring states as well (pending licensure). This role focuses on preventive care while traveling and earning competitive compensation. It does not involve prescribing, treatment plans, or ongoing patient panels.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree (MSN) or higher from an accredited NP or PA program
- Active Nurse Practitioner or PA license (multistate licensure preferred)
- National Board Certification
- Current BLS or ACLS certification
- 12+ months of experience as a paid NP or PA is required
Nice To Haves
- Open to practicing across multiple states
- Interested in Medicare HRA or value-based care work
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive, non-invasive in-home health assessments
- Review medical history and perform medication reconciliation
- Identify care gaps and document findings
- Provide patient education on wellness and prevention
- Complete accurate, timely electronic documentation
