About The Position

This is a travel nursing position for a Labor & Delivery Manager in Concord, MA. The role involves managing daily operations of the OB unit, supporting clinical staff, and ensuring high standards of patient care. The contract length is 13 weeks, with a 40-hour work week and 8-hour day shifts from 7 AM to 4 PM. Weekend call is required and will vary based on department needs. A stipend package is available to maximize take-home pay.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of obstetrical nursing experience
• Demonstrated leadership abilities in a clinical setting
• Active Massachusetts RN License
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership to manage daily operations of the OB unit
• Support and guide clinical staff to maintain high standards of patient care
