About The Position

This role is for a Medical Assistant who will make a bigger impact by visiting patients in their homes across Georgia, focusing on prevention rather than urgent care. The position involves completing Annual Wellness Visits (Medicare) and Well-Child Visits, building patient relationships, and supporting seniors and families at home. Documentation will be done using modern EMR tools. The role is field-based and requires daily travel.

Requirements

• 1+ year Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, or equivalent)
• 6+ months primary care or internal medicine
• Comfortable with daily travel to homes
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license

Nice To Haves

• Experience with AWVs or Well-Child Visits

Responsibilities

• Visit patients in their homes, not exam rooms
