About The Position
This is a field-based Medical Assistant role requiring statewide travel across Georgia. The primary focus is on completing Annual Wellness Visits (Medicare) and Well-Child Visits in patients' homes, emphasizing prevention and building patient relationships. The role utilizes modern EMR tools for documentation and supports seniors and families in their homes.
Requirements
- 1+ year Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, or equivalent)
- 6+ months primary care or internal medicine
- Comfortable with daily travel to homes
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license

- Experience with AWVs or Well-Child Visits
