- Coordinate travel logistics including flights, hotels, cruises, transportation, and vacation packages.
- Assist clients with travel planning and provide destination recommendations.
- Manage booking details and ensure travel arrangements meet client preferences and budgets.
- Communicate with travel suppliers and partners to confirm reservations and resolve issues.
- Maintain accurate records of travel plans, confirmations, and client communications.
- Provide excellent customer support before, during, and after travel.
- Stay informed on travel updates, promotions, and industry trends.
- Support clients with itinerary adjustments or travel-related questions as needed.
