This role involves assisting physicians during cardiovascular procedures, preparing and maintaining procedure rooms, and monitoring supplies. Requirements
- ARRT-R and license as required by State or Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) required.
- Current BLS (AHA) certification upon hire and maintain current.
- Proficient computer skills.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in a Cardiovascular Lab preferred.
- Cardiovascular technologist training program with emphasis in invasive cardiology and hemodynamic monitoring preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist physicians (Cardiologist/Radiologist) during cardiovascular procedures
- Scrubbing procedures
- Monitoring physiologic and hemodynamic data
- Prepare and maintain procedure rooms to ensure readiness
- Monitor and maintain par levels of instruments and supplies
- Support both invasive and noninvasive cardiac procedures
