About The Position

FirstChoice, Trinity Health’s mobile staffing solution, hires travel Registered Nurses to fill short- and long-term assignments throughout the health system. This ICU RN assignment is at Trinity Health Grand Rapids for 13 weeks, with a day schedule of three 12-hour shifts, 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. The listed gross weekly rate is $2,448 and applies only to nurses traveling to Michigan from out of state who live more than 60 miles from the hospital; nurses must not work in the same metropolitan area for more than 12 months to receive this rate. Nurses may be required to float throughout the hospital and/or across multiple hospital locations or regions. FirstChoice offers travel and per diem opportunities in varied practice settings, locally or nationally, with flexible scheduling.

Requirements

Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
Valid RN licensure authorized in the applicable state(s) of practice or employment.
At least two years of recent clinical experience for critical care and other listed specialties outside Med Surg, Tele, and PCU.
Maintain credentials required for the specialty area; BLS, ACLS, and PALS must be obtained through the American Heart Association.
