Bosch Building Technologies Integrator Business The regional system integration business called Bosch Building Technologies offers solutions and customized services for building security, energy efficiency, and building automation for commercial buildings and infrastructure projects Bosch started its Integrator Business in North America through the acquisition of Climatec in 2015. Climatec expanded Bosch’s role as a comprehensive supplier of energy, building automation and security solutions. Climatec is recognized in the building industry as an independent single-source integrator of critical building systems including energy services, building automation and security & life safety in the U.S. market. Job Summary: Travel and Expense Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day‑to‑day Travel and Expense operations while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies. This role serves as a subject‑matter expert and lead point of contact for invoice processing, vendor relations, expense reporting, and month‑end close activities, while also supporting process improvements and mentoring staff.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive payables experience
  • At least 2 years in a senior or lead payable role with demonstrated ownership of payables processes
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Solid understanding of invoice processing, payment cycles, and AP controls
  • High level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle interactions professionally and resolve conflicts

Nice To Haves

  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 7+ years of accounts payable experience in a mid‑ to large‑size organization
  • Experience leading or mentoring AP staff
  • Experience with ERP or accounting systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, Workday, or similar)
  • Experience supporting audits and financial close processes
  • Familiarity with process improvement or AP automation initiatives

Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance, training, and management of Travel & Expense (T&E) team fostering accuracy, accountability, and customer service excellence
  • Allocate and monitor team workload to ensure efficient processing and coverage across entities and regions
  • Serve as primary point of contact for internal customer inquiries and issue resolution
  • Oversee reviews/approvals, and resolve employee expense reports
  • Ensure proper coding and accurate entry of expense reports into the ERP
  • Oversee weekly T&E batch, balance, clear & provide reporting to treasury
  • Oversee monthly employee reimbursements, balance, clear & provide reporting to treasury,
  • Reconcile T&E transactions and resolve discrepancies promptly
  • Monitor Credit lines to ensure payments are processed as needed
  • Oversee management of corporate credit card accounts & new card issuance
  • Oversee terminations for corporate credit card accounts
  • Assist with month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close activities
  • Support audits by providing documentation and responding to auditor requests
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency
  • Periodic travel to support operational alignment and strengthen relationships with distributed teams to include in-person engagement for team development, process standardization, and key initiatives as identified
  • Perform additional duties and projects as assigned
  • In accordance with applicable Company policies/procedures and Federal/State laws, will perform the following supervisory responsibilities: planning, assigning, and directing work; coaching and appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
