About The Position

Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Travel Director of Nursing (DON) | RN to join their team. This role is responsible for the administration and management of Nursing Services to residents, ensuring care is provided in accordance with physician orders and the total needs of the residents. The position involves 24-hour supervision of Nursing Services, directing the Nursing Department to maintain quality standards, and assuming responsibility for center operations in the absence of the Administrator.

Requirements

Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state in which you are practicing.
Prior experience in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting required.
Two years of experience in a DON role required.
Professional image in both appearance and behavior.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Associate or bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing school preferred.

Responsibilities
