About The Position

The role involves helping clients research and coordinate travel options such as cruises, vacation packages, tours, and hotel accommodations; responding to questions with helpful travel information; communicating with suppliers to confirm reservations and details; maintaining accurate records of client interactions and bookings; and staying informed about travel promotions, supplier updates, and destinations. Support may be provided before and after travel as needed.

Requirements
