About The Position

The specialist provides customer service to clients planning travel; researches and coordinates options such as cruises, vacation packages, tours, and hotel accommodations; responds to questions with helpful travel information; and communicates with travel suppliers to confirm reservations and travel details. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of client interactions and bookings, staying informed about promotions, supplier updates, and destination information, and supporting clients before and after travel when needed.
