About The Position

Elite Travel, a rapidly growing corporate travel company and recent winner of The Globe and Mail's Canada's Fastest Growing Companies award, is seeking multiple individuals for growth positions within its Elite Crew Travel division. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of group travel logistics, capable of managing travel for dozens to hundreds of workers in various industries such as sites, mines, and oilfields. Successful candidates will be natural communicators, adept at multitasking with complex computer systems, and eager to learn new technology. The position focuses on creating solutions for clients in rotation and crew travel roles, building long-term relationships, and viewing challenges like flight delays or sold-out hotels as opportunities to provide solutions.

Requirements

  • Full fluency in French (verbal and written).
  • 2+ years in Corporate or Crew Travel (and/or airline experience).
  • Exceptional customer service focus, including the ability to problem-solve while balancing customer and company needs.
  • Extraordinary time management skills, self-motivated, and comfortable handling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven track record for punctuality and reliability.
  • Smart, independent, self-motivated, empathetic, solutions-focused, and passionate about supporting clientele.
  • Ability to meet employment eligibility requirements in Canada.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and proven organizational ability.
  • Agrees to background checks to confirm bondability.

Nice To Haves

  • Skillset in Sabre GDS is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide unparalleled customer service, going above and beyond to retain clients.
  • Communicate effectively regarding Elite's service offerings and products.
  • Understand and anticipate client travel needs, requirements, and preferences.
  • Manage flight and hotel bookings for clients on travel rotations.
  • Assist with travel emergencies as they occur.
  • Respond immediately and proactively to client inquiries via phone, email, text, or chat, confirming and sending itineraries the same day.
  • Research and make decisions effectively, balancing guest and business needs.
  • Ensure the accuracy and timely presentation of client travel documentation.
  • Act as an active, contributing team member, sharing information with fellow Crew Travel Associates for a united approach.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of office systems and processes.
  • Ensure all client account information is up to date for thorough understanding.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients through service and meaningful connections.
  • Handle phone etiquette and face-to-face interactions with clients (in-person or virtual chat).
  • Document and resolve customer concerns, complaints, and questions via phone and email.
  • Provide accurate travel advice while efficiently managing requests and coordinating travel.
  • Perform outbound calls to hotel suppliers to confirm bookings and billing.
  • Respond professionally, appropriately, and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain working knowledge of all company products, services, and promotions.
  • Undertake additional projects and assignments as required.
