About The Position

ThreatLocker’s Travel Coordinator will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing travel arrangements for employees and clients. Also assisting in office needs as needed. The role will be based in Orlando, FL and is an in-office position.

Requirements

  • Equivalent work experience
  • Proven experience as a Travel Coordinator or in a similar role - preferred
  • Strong knowledge of travel booking systems and related software.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Familiarity with travel regulations, visas, and travel documentation.
  • Negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all aspects of business travel, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and other related logistics.
  • Create detailed travel itineraries for employees and clients, including schedules, reservations, and any special requests.
  • Track and manage travel expenses, ensuring they align with company budgets and policies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with travel service providers (airlines, hotels, car rental agencies) to secure favorable rates and negotiate contracts.
  • Ensure all travel arrangements comply with the company's travel policies and guidelines.
  • Assist in obtaining necessary visas, passports, and other travel-related documentation for international travel.
  • Be available to provide assistance and support to travelers in case of travel disruptions or emergencies.
  • Generate reports on travel expenses, travel patterns, and other relevant data for management review.
  • Proficiently use travel booking systems and online tools to streamline travel planning and management.
  • Ensure travel plans run smoothly by verifying reservations and addressing any issues that may arise.
  • Educate employees on the company's travel policies and provide guidance on travel best practices.
