About The Position
Hospitality Services Group (HSG) is hiring experienced Cooks for a hotel Task Force assignment in Chicago. We need culinary professionals who can step into a professional kitchen, learn the operation quickly, and get to work. This is a travel assignment with pay of $26.00/hour.
Requirements
- Professional cooking experience required
- Strong basic culinary and knife skills
- Comfortable traveling for work
- Flexible and able to adapt quickly to a new kitchen
Nice To Haves
- Hotel, banquet, restaurant, or high-volume culinary experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes
- Work grill, sauté, fry, prep, or other assigned stations
- Set up and maintain your station
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Maintain proper food temperatures
- Support banquet and hotel culinary operations as needed
