About The Position

Infinite Medical P.C. is seeking a professional and compassionate full-time Certified Nursing Assistant to facilitate consultations in nursing homes on behalf of its medical team. The CNA assists providers at nursing home facilities using a tablet device and helps create a supportive environment for residents. The role involves coordinating with facility contacts, following a pre-established patient list, performing duties that facilitate medical services and clinical monitoring, and traveling to facilities across different states as needed. The position is based in Richmond, Virginia, and requires the candidate to reside in Virginia and be able to travel on short notice.

Compensation is $40,000, based on an average of 38 patients seen per day worked, with eligibility for a bonus for each additional patient seen beyond that number. Requirements

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA Board Certified).
• Ability or experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to maintain composure when confronted by difficult situations and respond appropriately.
• Flexibility to travel on short notice.
• Currently resides in the state of Virginia.
• License to drive.
• Prolonged standing and walking; lifting and moving patients; lifting up to 20+ lbs; frequent travel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the designated facility contact at each location.
• Follow a pre-established list from the office to ensure patients are seen and provided appropriate care.
• Perform additional duties as required to facilitate medical services and clinical monitoring.
• Travel to various facilities across different states as needed to support operations.
