Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in retail management or a related field.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Exceptional customer service skills and ability to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Ability to analyze financial reports and sales data.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with staff and customers.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with inventory control and loss prevention strategies.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily store operations and supervise staff.
• Manage inventory levels, perform stock checks, and handle ordering.
• Provide customer service and promptly resolve customer issues.
• Analyze sales data and performance metrics to achieve revenue goals.
• Train and onboard new employees and support ongoing staff development.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
