About The Position

LV Petroleum is seeking a motivated, results-driven Store Manager for its travel center in Shepherd, Texas. The Store Manager leads daily operations and supervises a team to create an exceptional shopping experience. Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in retail management or a related field.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Exceptional customer service skills and a focus on creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Ability to analyze financial reports and sales data.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with staff and customers.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with inventory control and loss prevention strategies.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift items up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to perform physical tasks related to store management and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily store operations and supervise staff.
• Maintain inventory levels, conduct stock checks, and handle ordering.
• Provide outstanding customer service and promptly resolve customer issues.
• Analyze sales data and performance metrics to achieve revenue goals.
• Train and onboard new employees and support ongoing staff development.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Implement marketing initiatives, promotions, and events.
