About The Position

We are seeking organized and motivated individuals to join our remote team as Travel Advisors. This role is centered around helping clients explore options, make informed decisions, and coordinate the details of their upcoming travel experiences. Travel Advisors work one-on-one with clients to understand what they are looking for and research options that match their preferences and budget. You may assist with resort stays, cruises, domestic and international vacations, group trips, tours, transportation, activities, and other travel arrangements. This opportunity is a good fit for someone who enjoys research, communication, organization, and providing personalized service. Previous travel experience is not required, as training and ongoing resources are provided.

Requirements

Strong communication and customer-service skills
Good organization and attention to detail
Ability to research information and evaluate different options
Comfortable working with computers and web-based systems
Ability to manage time and multiple responsibilities independently
Professional, reliable, and responsive
Willingness to learn and complete required training

Nice To Haves

Previous customer service, hospitality, administrative, sales, or planning experience is helpful but not required
You do not need to know everything about travel to get started. We are looking for individuals who are willing to learn, take initiative, stay organized, and provide dependable service.

Responsibilities

Gather information about client preferences, budgets, dates, and travel needs
Research destinations and compare available travel options
Provide personalized recommendations based on client requests
Coordinate reservations for accommodations, cruises, transportation, tours, and activities
Review confirmations and travel details for accuracy
Keep client records and booking information organized
Provide clients with important information regarding their upcoming travel
Communicate professionally through phone, email, text, and online platforms
Assist with questions, updates, and changes when necessary
Follow up with clients throughout the planning process
Continue developing knowledge of destinations, suppliers, and industry resources
