In this role, you will assist travelers with researching destinations, booking travel arrangements, and creating customized itineraries. Nice To Haves

Sales or customer service experience is a plus
Previous travel industry experience is helpful but not required

Responsibilities

Consult with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budgets
Research and recommend destinations, hotels, cruises, and vacation packages
Book travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, and transportation
Create personalized travel itineraries for clients
Provide travel advice, tips, and important documentation information
Stay updated on travel trends, deals, and destination information
Maintain accurate client records and bookings
Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with travelers
