About The Position
Help clients craft meaningful travel experiences. As a Travel Advisor, you'll research destinations, coordinate bookings, and guide clients through the full travel planning journey—from initial research through departure.
Requirements
- Strong communicator with excellent customer service instincts.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
- Comfortable researching and using online booking systems.
- At least 1 year of customer service, hospitality, or travel industry experience (or equivalent demonstrated passion for travel planning).
Responsibilities
- Research destinations and vacation options to match client needs.
- Communicate with clients to understand their travel preferences, budget, and goals.
- Build vacation packages (cruises, resorts, theme parks, beach getaways, and custom itineraries).
- Coordinate reservations and travel logistics across accommodations, transportation, and activities.
- Provide ongoing client support before, during, and after travel.
