Travel Advisor / Sales Agent – Motorcoach Tours (Fairless Hills, PA)
About The Position
Starr Tours, a leading motorcoach charter and tour company, is seeking a Travel Advisor for its Public Tours Division in Fairless Hills, PA. This role involves selling and servicing motorcoach vacations, including over 50 one-day excursions and 85 multi-day vacations annually. The position offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities to engage with past travelers, handle inquiries, process payments, and contribute to various office tasks. Requirements
- Experience in sales, service, or administration
- Great customer service skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Effective communication skills — written, verbal/phone, and electronic
- Patience, kindness, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Comfort with computers and basic accounting/math
- Self-motivation and excellent work ethic
- Excellent customer service and communication skills (written, verbal/phone, and electronic)
- Prior experience in customer service or sales roles, preferably in the tourism industry
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong computer skills and ability to perform basic math calculations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets
- General knowledge of travel and domestic destinations

- Personal travel experience and familiarity with popular domestic destinations is a plus
Responsibilities
- Making outbound calls to past travelers
