About The Position
MercyOne is seeking a full-time, fellowship-trained Trauma Surgeon to join a busy team at a high volume Level II Trauma Center. The opportunity offers a comprehensive scope of emergency general services, trauma care, and acute surgical services within a fast-paced environment. J1 and H1B applicants are encouraged to apply. The role involves a full scope of Trauma duties including OR, Rounding, Clinic, and Critical Care. Robotics are incorporated into acute care surgery. The position includes co-management of a 16 Bed CSICU with Pulmonary and Critical Care, and serves as General Surgery Residency Adjunct Faculty. The EMR system used is EPIC.

- Base salary: $504,797
- Recruitment Incentive: $150,000
