About The Position

This is a full-time hybrid position at Wentworth-Douglass Hospital in Dover, NH. The hours are Monday through Friday 8am - 4:30pm with some flexibility. 3 days on site & 2 days remote. Days on site align with PI meetings. The ideal candidate will have a healthcare or clinical background. Responsible for leading and implementing quality improvement initiatives. This role involves collaborating with clinical and administrative teams to enhance patient safety, optimize healthcare delivery, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree Nursing required or Bachelor's Degree Related Field of Study required
Experience in quality improvement, patient safety, or healthcare operations, preferably in a hospital setting 5-7 years required
Strong knowledge of quality improvement methodologies, such as Plan-Do-Study-Act (PDSA), Lean, and Six Sigma.
Excellent analytical skills for interpreting data and identifying trends to inform improvement strategies.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Proficiency in using quality improvement tools and software for data analysis and reporting.
Ability to lead training sessions and workshops for staff on quality improvement concepts.
